Gift Card Terms
Gift cards can only be redeemed via the ER-ZUM-AH online platform, and can not be used on any other online shop we sell on.

Cards are valid for 12 months, and are still redeemable with most valid discount codes, please check at your point of purchase.

Gift cards can not be refunded after the 14 day cancellation period as per the consumer Contracts (Information, cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

No change or credit can be given in the event that the voucher exceeds the cost of your purchase - for example the voucher is for £100 and the item cost £95.00.

Once the voucher number has been used, the voucher will become invalid!
