RETURNS

Have you changed your mind or need the item in another size? That's okay by us!!! You can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Please contact us immediately, and we will give you the directions as to where to return your item(s). Please ensure  all items are returned in the same condition as they were sent to you - please make sure all tags are attached, where appropriate, along with your returns form.

We recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain records of your method when returning the item.

​

Please note that the cost for the return shipment is the customer's duty, unless there was an error incurred on our part.

EXCHANGES 

If it's an exchange you require and we have the fabric to create the item, we are happy to do so. Just like before, the cost of the return and replacement will be at the customer's discretion. 

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange for different items, if you would like a different item please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be processed in the exact way as the original purchase, therefore you will be credited to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you originally purchased with. 

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank account to be credited.
